Write Daily About the Law of Attraction and Changing Your Life

The law of attraction is the name given to the term that "like attracts like" and that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about positive or negative results. This belief is based upon the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from "pure energy", and the belief that like energy attracts like energy.[5] One example used by a proponent of the law of attraction is that if a person opened an envelope expecting to see a bill, then the law of attraction would "confirm" those thoughts and contain a bill when opened. A person who decided to instead expect a check might, under the same law, find a check instead of a bill.

Although there are some cases where positive or negative attitudes can produce corresponding results (principally the placebo and nocebo effects), there is no scientific basis to the law of attraction because it is not a physical law that can be measured but a spiritual law based on the power within to change things. We have the power to decide how we will react to any given circumstance, or set of circumstances

Do you believe in the Law of Attraction? I get so many emails and on my Facebook  page from people all over the world telling me that they loved the book or movie but the LOA just doesn’t seem to be working for them. When I ask them what they are doing, the reason become very evident.

The reason the law of attraction does not work for 99% of the people is because most people don’t understand the difference between setting goals, which is an imaginative and rational process, and achieving goals, which is mostly a habitual and emotional process. In order to really activate the law of attraction or the law of resonance, as I prefer to call it, both logical and emotional parts of the brain need to be in coherence, in sync, like a beautiful well written piece of music or a master manuscript.

We've all been taught about "SMART "goals (specific, measureable, achievable, realistic, and time-limited), but there's something missing from this piece of wisdom. It's something really fundamental to actually achieving this goal.
Consider this: 70% of our New Year's goals are never met; I believe it's partly because people create "should" goals instead of "want" goals.

Here's what's missing: How much you actually care about the goal.
How do you feel when you tell yourself that you should become more profitable in 2015?   Or that you should lose weight this year? There is shame, failure, and disappointment attached to should goals.
When I review annual goals with friends I typically hear a sense of dread in their tone of voice.  When I ask about their tone, they respond with comments like: I don't know if I can do it; I feel guilty that I didn't grow the business last year; It feels overwhelming. They simply don't feel good about their goal.
`

1. Find a Real Challenge
Make your goal compelling, a calling, a passion and quickly achievable something that makes your day and always keeps your interest.  State your goal in writing.
2. Stick to Positive Emotional  Connectors
Make a list of the positive things that will result from achieving this goal. For example one of my goals is to be more abundantly healthy. I have been exercising just to feel good and to be healthy. How long, how much, calories burned all can be an indicator of meeting my goal. Also I feel a lot better.
3. Create a Visual Representation
Find high power images of things that make you feel good, like walking an extra 10 blocks because you parked you car and took a city bus.Cut your images out and glue them onto a poster or piece of paper. Congratulations! You have just created a vision board!
4. Share
Bring others into your goals and plans. Have them tell you what they would do if they were you. Follow the advise that fits leave the rest.
5. Have Patience
You did not get where you are in one day and you will not be able to claim your abundant health in a day. But celebrate each step of the way. Physically, mentally and emotionally. Claim Abundant Health daily.
Make sure to recognize every small step that takes you closer to your desired outcome. Entrepreneurs often dismiss these achievements. Celebrate them! Recall the passion that brought you to this business--and reconnect with it often.
