Healing your Body Using Your Mind – Using Law of Attraction to Heal Yourself

Everything in our lives we create that we call negative and that we call positive. We are meant to be abundantly healthy but our negative thinking can and will cut off our health by cutting off so much of our healthy life energy that cellular damage may result.
Illness in any form is nothing more than our negative energies choking off so much of our Life-flow that cellular damage results. So when we think a thought if it is positive and in line with our well-being, vitality and abundant health which is our natural state of being, we thrive. However, if we are constantly hitting our body with negative thoughts then we weaken and cannot preform as well so we experience illness.

Now if we have been experiencing this illness for a long time we cannot heal it over night. We thought a lot of negative thoughts to get in this condition so we are going to have to think a lot of positive thoughts to move out of this condition. But as with any other thing we want to manifest we begin where we are, reach for the next higher thought, one that we can actually believe and then affirm that it is so. I always try and stay within what is believable at this time for me. That is different for all of us. We are as individual as people and what we can believe as snow flakes. If you can find a person who is happy and joyful you probably will find a very healthy person.

People who are sick have cut themselves off with negative thinking from their own life force, they did this by letting, fear, guilt, blame, hate worry take over their thinking. So what do you need to do first. Look at where you are with your thinking, how is fear, guilt, blame, hate and worry taking over in your life. Is there someone you have to forgive. Usually this starts with forgiving you. Then sit down and forgive everyone who you need to forgive. As you release all of this negative you are making room for what you do want.
Let go of all guilt, fear, blame, hate and worry. I write these things out and I put them in a God Jar. You can call this jar whatever you like if you have a hard time with the word God, then use Source, Universe, Higher Power. Nobody cares what you call your jar. Just take all these negative thoughts write them out and then put them in your God Jar or if you want put them between the pages of your bible.
If you start thinking about one of these things just gently say "No you cannot think about that you have already given it to God." Leave those things you have written affirming "God is solving these problems now." for 30 days and then look at them you will find most of them are solved.
That is beginning of healing.
Next focus on what you are grateful for, love, appreciation. Write a grateful list daily. Praise your body for healing itself. Talk to your body often throughout the day, tell your body you love it and you appreciate it for being so healthy. This will help you to get out of the place of what you do not want into a feeling place of what you do want.
Visualize how you will feel and what you will do now that you are abundantly healthy. Your thinking is everything. With your mind you create your world. You can claim your right to be abundantly healthy.

Your body is will and eager to cooperate with the healing you just have to get out of your own way and let the healing begin. All you have to do is be joyful about your abundant health, affirm you have abundant health, think of all the things you can do now that you are abundantly healthy. Like I want to go and live in a South American country. Now that I am so healthy I can. I do not have to worry about doctors or fear being away from my children to take care of me. I am abundantly healthy so I can travel. That makes me feel excited, happy, joyful and free.

Tell a new story. Tell your friends and family how good you are feeling today. Tell them how much energy you have. Go to the gym do what you can and celebrate that victory. Go home and see yourself doing more tomorrow. Go back tomorrow and just reach a little higher in your thinking and do a little more. Set aside a place and time every day to practice thinking positive and how you feel now you have manifested your goal. No excuses remember to be committed to your goals not your excuses.
Speak to your body especially the parts that are not where you want them to be.
Tell that part of your body how happy you are with it. Like if you have a bad back. Tell your back how much you appreciate it for supporting you, for helping you to lift and bend, tell your back you can stand straight and look beautiful because of your back being so supportive. Act as if until it becomes true. By sending love, gratitude to your back.

Move it just because it feels good to live in your own skin. Each time your practice your talking to your body find just a little higher thought and feeling to add to what you are telling your body. When ever someone asks about your medical condition tell them that it healed itself and how grateful you are for that fact, how happy and joyful you are to be able to go back to the gym. How you can swim 100 laps now in the pool. Praise your body for sending pain as it is just a warning sign that something is wrong and you need to start thinking more positive. You can be abundantly healthy. No matter how old you are. Belief and attitude is everything.
