Abundance or Lack Your Choice!
Health Articles | April 2, 2015
"Both abundance and lack exist simultaneously in our lives, as parallel
realities. It is always our conscious choice which secret garden we will tend... when we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are grateful for the abundance that’s present -- love, health, family, friends, work, the joys of nature and personal pursuits that bring us pleasure -- the wasteland of illusion falls away and we experience Heaven on earth."
-- Sarah Ban Breathnach
To get where you want to go one must accept and begin where they are in life. Have a clear idea of your goal. Spend the time to clarify your intent. It is worth knowing where you are going. We do not have to have all the answers when we begin, just start taking action toward your goal. The answers will come as you take the action. Do not quit when you meet your first big problem. Keep moving do not procrastinate.
Break your problems down into parts and handle one part at a time. Action is the key. What can you make happen successfully today. Breaking your goals into baby steps makes them doable.
Break your big goal for success into small step and take the take the first step today. Don’t try and do too many things at once better to do one thing with excellence than to do many things and have them not be a success. Success builds on success.
You never have a strong desire without the potential to achieve it. It is God urging you on when you have a strong desire to achieve a good thing in your life. So commit to the achievement of this goal that you have dreamed. You can have that dream as long as you understand there will be sacrifices and change. Having your dream will change your life. Too often, I have not thought about what these changes will mean in my life. For instance right now I am pursuing the dream of creating my on-line business and working at home. This has already changed my life by forcing me out into the business community. It is not as scary as it once was for me as lots more people are accepting that the law of attractions work. Lots more of business is basing their models of doing business on a spiritual plane.
I truly believe that one has to make time for the work that they love. We have to begin practicing the values that you want to achieve in your new endeavor right where you are now. You may have to do what you have been doing for some time. But you can visualize your new life while living in the now. Practice all the values in the place you are now. Remember you are using the Law of Attraction and like attracts like. You have to be what you want to attract.
Spend your spare time thinking about the reason you are here. What is your life purpose. What do you want to achieve. What kind of people do you want to associate with remember what you think about will bring them into your life. Put effort into this planning think about how you spend your time, energy and money. You may have to eliminate some to your spending habits. You might have to limit or eliminate friends, family contacts, bad habits to achieve your goal. Remember I told you that having this kind of a goal will change who you are and your whole life. But these kinds of efforts will be rewarded. Honor your time energy and money. Be sure you are not just impulse buying, responding to the next thing that attracts your attention.
Create reserves of time, energy and money. Perhaps instead of taking a vacation you could take that time to work on your dreams. Perhaps you could stop calling friends and complaining how much time would that give you each day?
Perhaps you can give up television for a while. Create a reserve of your money maybe not three months worth of savings but a whole years worth or more. This will keep you from making decisions out of fear.
Create Create reserves so that you have a reserve of time, energy and money. Not a few hours but days to work on your dream. Perhaps you could use your vacation time let it accumulate for a while. Not 90 days worth of income but perhaps a whole years income in savings. Reserves reduce the fear. You can then make good decisions based on what your really want in life. Remember I told you it would take some sacrifices. Limit what you read, watch on television, read in magazines, go to lectures or workshops about if they do not support the Law of Attraction give them up. Watch what you think, do not judge it, just watch it and change a thought as soon as you catch yourself thinking negatively remember your thoughts create your life. Check out how you feel. If you feel harried, overwhelmed, competitive you are not in touch with your higher power. Stop and meditate and pray. Make a grateful list. It is hard to be negative and grateful at the same time. Align your energy with the Universe.
Take Action Start remember this is the first day in the rest of your life. What better day to start. Not someday but now.

Using Law Of Attraction For Conflict Resolution
People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered ~ Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives ~ Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies ~ Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you ~ Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight ~ Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous ~ Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow ~ Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough ~ Give the world the best you've got anyway.
You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God ~ It was never between you and them anyway."
Author: Mother Teresa
"Begin challenging your own assumptions. Your assumptions are your windows on the world. Scrub them off every once in awhile, or the light won't come in." Alan Alda
"The creative individual has the capacity to free himself from the web of social pressures in which the rest of us are caught. He is capable of questioning the assumptions that the rest of us accept."
John W. Gardner
Being a Law of Attraction Coach is easy. I can teach a few simple rules about law of Attraction. I can apply them in others situations. However, living the Law of Attraction is really hard some times. If you have been following my blog you know I said that living the Law of Attraction made demands that you change. Well, I am living it, I don't want to be one of those teachers who is only teaching because they need to learn. Although I have found down through the years that is true.
I have been experiencing a conflict with a co-worker or should I say several coworkers for a few days now. I sat down and meditated and prayed about the situation. What I found was my feelings were hurt because two of my coworkers went behind my back and talked to the boss. The boss then talked to me about it and he did not ask me what I thought he just told me how it was going to be. He was. He based his saying these things on an assumption that is the way it was after listening to the nurse and two other employees. I felt it was very manipulative. I was angry. We have all been there so this is a familiar scene I am sure. Then the self pity set in. "I have been so good to these girls and they betray me." I have been off and on angry about this. I thought I had it turned over to God. But then it would jump up in my face again. So I had not really let it go.
I was given some really good answers in my prayer sessions. These girls are all very young and have issues with their mothers. I am a mother figure; so go figure.
Life works like a mirror when one is frustrated with others miscommunication probably one is not communicating enough information. Then the mind takes over and fills in the blanks with assumption which problably are not true. But the mind likes logical explanations so we assume. For example a child stays out late. The parent worries. What happened to them? Are they hurt? Then when they show up we get mad. Why didn't you call don't you know you scared me half to death? Assumptions are based in fear. We assume the child does not care enough to call. We operate on the assumption is the truth.
I also assumed how the other girls would react if I told them how I really felt about the situation. I too was acting on an assumption. When we act on assumptions we are not living in the moment but living in the future or the past.
Even after some clear answers I still wanted to hold onto it. Don't you know my feeling were hurt. So I decided to put the Law of Attraction to work in this situation.
I wrote a clear intention about how I wanted to communicate with both these girls. The nurse I work for, the owner of the company.
I have no control over others how they will act or react but I have control over me and how I think so what I create in my life. I planned to have an open mind and to listen for more information.
So after writing a clear intention. I prayed about the situation. Then I visualized things as I would like them to be. How I would like to act and react. I continued to visualize the rest of the day off and on about it. I also am writing about it.
So what I saw in my visualization is me communicating clearly with these four people. I saw me being kind and loving in each communication. I set limits and set out my conditions clearly with all of them; but I actively listened to their wants and needs and acknowledged them. I did nothing to retaliate or get back at them. I simply sent them love. I thought about all the good things about each person. Every time they came to mind I jotted down a good thing about them. Then I thanked God for them.
I added forgiveness to my list and forgave myself and them for any miscommunication and any misunderstanding. Once I felt peace within myself and I had quieted all the emotion I was able to look at the situation with reason and a willingness to take responsibility.
I used this affirmations throughout the day.
Through the harmonizing love of God within, I interact with others in kind and caring ways.
I always communicate clearly accepting the other person point of view even if does not agree with mine.
Divine love fills all my communication and relationships. I love people and the perfect people come into my life.
Silent Unity
I am a peacemaker.
As a child of God, I am an expression of divine love. Knowing who I am, I dedicate myself to living in harmony with all people. Each new day is a fresh opportunity to rededicate myself to being a peacemaker.
God’s love is powerful. As I think and speak and act from the love of God within me, I am loving and compassionate, calm and assured. Love gives so much to me and also gives through me. I feel God’s support as I carefully choose my words and consider how my responses may seem to another.
The look on my face and the tone of my voice convey harmony and acceptance. Because others perceive me as friendly and approachable, they feel at ease and willing to cooperate.
God’s love for me and within me prepares me to live and work in harmony with others

Living In The Moment Being Mindful
April 6, 2015
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could.
Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in;
forget them as soon as you can.
Tomorrow is a new day;
begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit
to be encumbered with your old nonsense.
-Ralph Waldo Emerson-
As we set our clocks ahead an hour we see that time is not real. We only have the eternal moment. So we need to bless and cherish that moment. Each moment is a miracle. To be present in it is a gift from God. That is why it is called the present. smile.
Many of us dwell in the future and in the past. We miss the only moment that is important when we do that, the eternal now. This is the only moment that exists. It is impossible to live in the future and in the past and recognize what is happening in the moment. When we immerse ourselves in the livingness of the now.
When we are doing something that we love we are not aware of time. When I garden I can spend several hours in the yard and not even feel tired. Suddenly I will realize that I have not rested or ate I was so interested in what I was doing. I am that way about writing. I began to research and write and hours pass, even days and I do not feel weary. I am so excited about what I am learning and sharing it that my every thought is in the moment.
In order to feel more at home in the present moment, it is important to try to stay in that moment. Often when someone is talking to us we are thinking about what we want to say or what they are going to say next. That is not showing respect for ourselves or the other person. Focus on what others have to say giving your attention is an act of love for you and the other person.
This may seem like an overwhelming task when we first practice it being in the moment. For we want to judge what is happening, intuit the other persons or our next move, fill in the silences. Being ever present may seem like work at first but as we practice it becomes more and more familiar and comfortable. Becoming a part of what you are doing so there is no separateness is truly being in the moment. It is a giving of love, that flows back to you from the work of the moment. Each person, each task deserves your undivided attention. This is then the love that you are giving and it cannot help but flow back to you. Anything that is loved grows.
What does creative activity mean to you? Creative activity may mean writing poetry, cooking a good meal, quilting, reading a good book or even resting. Creative activity whatever it is walking in nature, bird watching, immerses one in the here and now. At the same time it frees us. We learn who we are in the very act of letting go of who we think we are at any given moment. Spirituality and creativity are related. The creative power comes from our higher self and when we are creating we open the channel to Higher Power. We find ourselves and our Higher Power when we forget everything and live in the moment. Creating and giving value to each moment helps us do that. This moment will never come again so enjoy it for the miracle that it is. Today I will get out of the way of my creativity.

What is true Prosperity?
Is it money for some it might be. Is it health? Again for some it might be. I spent a great deal of my life caring for people who have a lot of money and not much health. They have each told me that without health there is not true prosperity. So where does real prosperity start? It starts
with a grateful heart. What is a truly grateful heart, it is taking the smallest things in our life and being grateful for them. This s true humility. When I get up in the morning am I truly grateful for the sunrise? Am I grateful I came through another night? Am I truly grateful for God walking with me through another day with me? So many questions but to find the answers we must look deep within our hearts.
The first step for me is always being grateful for what I have right here and now. I am grateful to be alive. I am grateful for my roommate Sophie, the big black cat who lives with me and is a constant source of love and affection. To relish our blessings that are within the now. They are not things we wish for but things that are already ours. I am grateful for being abundantly healthy. I am grateful for the age I am now I do not want to be younger or older I just want to be. I am grateful I feel beautiful today. I am grateful that I have this wonderful computer that I can write on daily. I am grateful for my apartment. I am grateful it is running over with everything I can ever need. I am grateful for my Ebay business, not only does it bring me prosperity in the form of money everyday but it brings me a sense of purpose.
When I wake up in the morning I am grateful as I snuggle in for my bed and a good nights sleep. I am grateful when I go to bed at night for the good nights sleep that is to come. I am so grateful for my magnetic mattress and my pillow top. I am grateful I have a captions bed, with lots of soft bedding, sheets, that keep me warm. I am grateful it is just the right temperature in here each day. I am grateful for the soft night clothes. As I think about my day I release all I no longer need to make room for the new. I am so grateful for all that I had today and all that will come tomorrow. I express gratitude for my daughters, my friends, my church, my animal friends.
I let go to God all that does not compliment my grateful heart. I let go of all feelings of guilt, lack of self respect, self hatred, criticism of self. When I discover things that are not too flattering or how I would like to see myself, I give thanks and am grateful that this discovery allows me to heal. I am able to turn these things over to God as I understand him. Today I am so grateful for self-awareness so that I can grow spiritually. As I look at these things in my life I am truly grateful and I am prospered.
