Using a vision board to manifest

You start your week with mediation and visioning what your goals are then what happens? Right your goals fall by the way. Your brain and emotions can create what you want but since we deal with so many goals all the time it is extremely hard to focus on one goal all the time. When you can focus you end up achieving all you wanted and more. But as I said we deal with so many aspects of our life and self that it becomes hard to focus our energy and emotions on just one goal at a time. Does that mean we can only focus on one goal at a time? Of course not. We can easily multitask our brains are set up that way. But the brain needs us to make lists and put the most important goals first. Then it picks up on which is most important to us and it focus our energy and emotions to that goal. The other thing the brain needs from you is motivation and how are you going to motivate yourself every day? For me that is where the vision board comes in. What I do is use windows media player and I take pictures of my goal then I shuffle them so I can see each picture eaily. I also take photos of me and how I will feel when I achieve this goal. Maybe jumping up and down, calm and meditative, laughing out loud, sharing with friends. Or I make a bulletin board which I do not like as well as the media player one. A simple bulletin board will do though if you do not want to use a computer. I fill the bulletin board with life goals, motivaitonal pictures, affirmations, a planner, progress reports, anything that will help you stay motivated and move forward. I pin photos to my bedroom wall or to the bathroom mirror of what I want to achieve and my affirmations. I pin them to the dash of my car, at my desk at work. I put my photos under a glass top on my desk. This helps me with focusing on my goals and makes visualization a lot easier. However you make your vision board you really do need one. I have made them out of a circle on colored paper putting my pictures in. Like for example when I wanted a new car: 1. I went to the dealer and took photos of me driving the car. 2. Had a friend take photos of me emotional at getting the car. 3. I was very detailed as to the color, make, model, upholstery, radio, etc. 4. I looked at those pictures through out the day. That is why I like them on my computer. 5. I did positive affirmations about each step it would take to get this car. 6. Beneath the main goal there were lots of sub-goals. Using the vision board think about the hows, whys and whats it will take to achieve this goal. You might even find doing this with some goals you really don't want that goals which is just fine. They say that a picture is worth a thousand word. Well looking at your vision board will save you a thousand hours of visualization. It is a tool that will take you from the first thoughts of what you want to how you will feel once you achieve it. How to make a vision board? Like I said I prefer a online vision board which is extremely easy to make with windows media player. You can put in the photos you have created. I like to create as many of my own photos of what I want as possible. You can even do a slide show or make a video of your pictures. Windows media player allows you to make comments and do voice over one the photos. So you can vocalize your emotions. I like putting motivational quotes on mine. I also like to put motivational music. I can also use a calendar, a progress report and a planner there is as much room as you need. I have achieved some really big goals using my vision board. I would not be without mine. Have fun with making your vision board and find your preferences, be creative, just know you were put here to be happy, to learn to manifest so there is no way you can go wrong.
