Three steps to manifesting with the Law of Attraction

It's just a matter of whether you're focused on a castle or a button. --- Abraham One of the first things I learned when I was a little girl and studying new age, which is now called the law of attraction, is that we are all one. Nothing is solid, we are all moving atoms, so we are all part of each other. We are often too busy focusing on the outside of things which we believe is us to focus on energy or information coming from other entities. Every entity that carries consciousness has a field of energy around them, known usually as the aura. This is outward-radiating energy/information from that consciousness, which carries beliefs, hopes, fears, expectations, and any other number of things. If you have ever notice that someone always seems to have terrible timing, or on the other end of the spectrum, terrific luck, that is a function of the aura. The energy
in the aura goes out ahead and draws the person into or away from things that do not meld with that person’s energy. All energy is interactive, so you may notice that one group of people always seems to leave right before another group arrives, and vice versa. These are two incompatible energy systems repelling one another 1. To quicken your manifestation You need to feel peaceful inside and when you are peaceful inside you will create a peaceful environment all around you. 2. You will feel connected to the world. If you open your heart and look at the world through love you will start seeing people, places and things in a new way.
3. You will feel all judgement slip away. I was thinking that there is this man who lives where I do and he is a very troubled man. I sat down and had a talk with him the other day because I could see he was in trouble and though I do not love him, he is a fellow traveler on this spiritual highway, so as another person struggling, I owed him some time.
4. If your heart is open and you pour out love, then things just come to you. Through Serendipity, good things just happen. The love causes it to happen, you do not have to do anything. What you are draw good to good. 5. Feel how much the Universe loves you. If you have trouble feeling it though the Universe sends it's love everyday in many ways to show you. Tell the universe how much you love it. Say it with feelings, try and open your heart to the universe.

Using The Law of Attraction to Manifest a Goal

To get where you want to go you have to be specific. Ever ended up on a train to Seattle when you wanted to go to San Francisco. Now I am about to move. I have even started packing my things. The apartment is a lot more empty than it was just a few weeks ago. I had a letter from a rental agency in Seattle they would have a apartment for me in the next six months. Then They said, that they would interview me but it still might be years. I want to go to Seattle because that is where my youngest daughter is and we could hang out more. But part of me says why don't you quit being dependant on your kids and do what you want to do. You may not have that many years left and you are now in a position to move anywhere. I can work from home with my computer. I am taking classes in creating my own digital products. I created my first digital product. I am getting ready to launch it around August 1, 2015. So can I be specific about what I want. 1. I want to live in Seattle, in North Seattle, Ballard or Queen Anne Hill. I want to live in a unfurnished room with a private bath, in a house with perhaps a roommate or two. 2. I want other roommates that do not bother me, that say once a week want to have a meal together or watch a movie, I want my roommates to be friendly but not to friendly. I want my space. 3. I know to leave here I must find a way to be grateful for what I have here. 4. I want to have plenty of money to pay for a nice apartment in Seattle and not have to depend on things that are low cost. 5. I want to have someone come and clean for me once a week. 6. I want to make lots of new friends. 7. I will go to some seminars and to mixers to meet people who have some of the same interests as me. 8. I will begin today by being grateful for all I already have: A. I am grateful for the friends I have here. I am grateful for John, Bill, Donna, Susan. B. I am grateful I have a nice apartment in a nice part of town. C. I am grateful I have two good computers to work on here. I am grateful the management furnishes Wifi and two computers for the building. D. I am grateful for washing facilities on premise E. I am grateful for a gym on premise. F. I am grateful for nice furniture. G. I am grateful I gave a lot of furniture away. H. I am grateful that the water is furnished here. I. I am grateful for lots and lots of hot water here. J. I am grateful that Donna has helped me so much. K. I am grateful for all the acquaintances, I have here to visit with if I choose to visit. L. I am grateful for making room in my life for something new as I cleared out a lot of stuff from my apartment. M. I am grateful for lots of storage here. N. I am grateful for having people who go out to eat with me. O. I am grateful I am near the stores, restaurants, doctors, dentists, car repairs. P. I am grateful for the beautiful grounds here. Q. I am grateful for a patio. R. I am grateful for the angel of thy presence going before me to make easy my way. S. I am grateful for making friends with Terri. T. I am grateful that the local stores donate food here. U. I am grateful for being able to always happy and joyful here. At least most of the time. V. I am grateful for the air conditioning and plenty of heat. We have a heat pump. W. I am grateful for nice neighbors. X. I am grateful for living on the main floor. Y. I am grateful that I am healing from abuse issues as I want to spend less and less time with the people here as they like me have been abused. I am grateful that I set out a long time ago to heal from abuse. z. I am grateful for moving to Seattle. I am on my way. So now I have taken the first step in moving to Seattle. We Are Powerful Manifesters, We are here to learn to control our manifesting.

We are powerful manifester, but since we have about 90 THOUSAND unconscious thoughts per day, of which about 50% are NEGATIVE we don't always manifest what we hope too. While it's true that the first step to using the law of attraction is too reach for a higher thought to more positive way of thinking, the reason people give up working with Law of Attraction is that they believe that if they start thinking positive thoughts,that all their dreams come true. But Law of Attraction is not a magic wand where you say abra cadabra and you get all you ever wanted.
We all have layer upon layer of negative experiences in our minds. So we can't automatically change all of that. I personally do self talk and tell myself all that is subconscious. I say out loud that all that is unconscious is now conscious. As they come up then I work on them one at a time. We need to change all those negative thoughts, and fears. We can do this by doing affirmations. We also can reach for a higher though on each negative. In time it changes but not right away. Keep at your goals and work LoA until you meet your goals.
It may sound complicated, but it's not. LIKE a stone thrown into the water, thought produces ripples and waves which spread out over the great ocean of thought. There is this difference, however: the waves on the water move only on a level plane in all directions, whereas thought waves move in all directions from a common center, just as do the rays from the sun.
Here are nine habits you can implement in your daily life right now to start activating manifesting energy: 1. Pay attention to what you focus on and your self talk. Start by paying attention to what you focus on and what you are saying to yourself. Do you pay attention to what's going right, or what's going wrong? When I get stuck in negative, I say things to myself like although I don't see it yet I know this has already happened. I then go on to say to myself how I feel about the situation now that it has changed. Though obstacles and challenges will arise, but when you focus on what's postive always reaching a little higher, you become an incredible problem-solver, which builds confidence and quickly raises your energetic vibration. You will move through obstacles quicker.
2. Keep a worry list.like Since you know that a lot of the subconscious is negative. I keep a God jar, I put all those worries, fears, negative thoughts in the jar. I say to myself I can't think about that as I gave it to God. At the end of the month or maybe two I look at the jar and none of the negative things happened. 3. Practice diaphragmatic breathing. By doing deep breathing we relax and feel calm. So we can make better decisions from this calm place in our mind. 4. Quiet the mind with meditation. Meditation does not mean we quit thinking we just can make decisions from a more peaceful place within ourselves.
5. Move your body in whatever way feels good to you. Have fun at whatever you decide to move your body too. Negative emotions get stored in our bodies on a cellular level. Moving is one way to release stress and negative energy. Dance like nobody is watching, Swim or run through the sprinkler with your kids. Get the whole family envolved laugh and cool off. Just have fun. 6. Keep a gratitude journal. One of my goals right now is to move. I feel really negative about where I am living. First thing I need to do is make a grateful list of all the positive things that are happening here. By being positive I can let go a lot easier. Letting go and clearing space to make room in my life for new things is what needs to be done before I can leave.
7. Write down your goals My goal is to move to Seattle by the end of the summer. I am excited about moving although I will miss my friends here. I have quite a lot of friends here. I also discovered after three years of being here how like draws like. Everyone who lives here is a person from a dysfunctional home. I thought I had let go of a lot of that but guess not but now I know I can let it go. I want to move to Seattle because I will be close to Joe Anne, my daughter. We have so much fun together. I sit here and except for a couple of friends I do not have anyone come.
8. Visualize what it will look like when you achieve your dreams. Read your written goals first thing in the morning and before going to bed at night; then take five minutes to visualize and connect with the feeling of achieving your dreams. Get it into your subconscious mind! I know once I am moved I will like being around all that water. I may even move across the sound to Port Angeles or some where else on the water.
9. Feel like you already have what you want. Be like a kid who allows no impossibility to enter her manifesting realm. "Feeling" helps us release any doubt and negative energy. It generates excitement and positive feelings, which support us to take inspired action! I know that moving is what I want to do and I feel excited, pleased and happy to be moving. because feeling is believing!
